In what geographical areas do you provide installation services?
Generally, we only travel within Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and Wisconsin, since we are centrally located in Wayland, MI. We can, occasionally, travel further but there is a rate increase for this type of service.
In what geographical areas do you provide consulting services?
Everywhere throughout the US and internationally too! However, it should be noted that time and expenses are billed for travel, and that we only have English-speaking sales reps at this time.
Do I have to fly a consultant out to get a bakery layout designed?
Not at all! We can work virtually using pictures, video, and by consulting with your contractors.
Do you consult on baking formulations or equipment design?
No. We only consult on bakery layouts and equipment purchasing.
Do you provide leasing options? Even for startups?
Absolutely! We work with a number of companies to provide leasing options for all scales of bakeries. Call today and speak with a sales rep today! However, generally speaking consulting services cannot be financed, though terms may be available.
Can you help me liquidate my used equipment?
Yes, we do purchase used equipment if in good condition. For larger items we generally will need to inspect the equipment in person, so you will need to be located within our service area. For smaller items or items outside our service area, you may be able to email us pictures. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse any items that are not working as described.
